Obrecht-Riehl Properties Purchases Two Buildings at 1900 York Road

Obrecht-Riehl Properties purchased 1.46 acres with two buildings totaling 19,000 square feet at 1900 York Road at the intersection of Aylesbury and York Roads on November 29, 2018. 

Obrecht-Riehl Properties plans to redevelop the 11, 543 SF front building on York Road with planned delivery of June 2019.
